Nearly there... and then i feel like im gonna throw up
Everytime i practice AP now the nearer i get to succeeding, the more i have to gulp which breaks the energy flow and concentration, all of a sudden im near to projecting and i quickly sit up because i have a gag reflex and feel like im gonna throw up, can anyone explain this?
Its preventing me from projecting and i know im very close before this happens.
EDIT: BTW, i know im not gonna throw up, its just a similar uncomfortable feeling.

AD... This kind of reflex may come from unconscious fear. You could take a closer look into your feelings and see what's there, underneath. Then face whatever it is with acceptance so you can move on through.

I agree with Xan. That should not be happening. Remind yourself I will be fine. It is not going to happen. I will stay calm and relaxed. It may not work overnight but in time it should work.
