Shivani, I'm so sorry to hear of your troubles...they are long-standing and deep-rooted.
I would do two things as fast as possible if I were you. Maybe 3.
First, I would go to a Chinese traditional medicine specialist and let them do an intake...tell them your financial situation and ask if they can let you pay maybe a few quid a month for a year or w/ever.
Tell them both physical symptoms and your bodily/psychic/emotional trauma. They can address diet and work with your energy blocks/trauma. I'm thinking personal diet/schedule/exercise guidelines, personal herbal supps for balance/healing (not expensive), and qui gong and accupuncture. They are a one-stop triage and sustainable lifeways shop.
Once that is firming up...then I would talk to a Buddhist monk or a Hindu priest who can speak to your past life experiences and connections to your current life. This is free -- particularly if you tell them you are pressed then no donation will be asked. They can often offer guidance or at least consolation and affirmation. Often, you can see what remains to be done and also what needs addressed and what your "game plan" should be for dealing with what life has presented you thus far. They can talk to you about how your physical illness or pain and/or challenging people in your life relate to karma and past lives...or, you can ask around to find one who is more specialised or gifted in this area.
Third, once you have a clear handle on all these aspects and are feeling better and in a daily groove that is working for you and helping you...then you might also go in for more advanced qui gong / pranic healing sessions that are grounded, as well as any work you do with your guides. Journaling may also serve as a grounding force. Meaning, it keeps you honest and puts a laser focus on integrity. What they call the higher level healing where you are really getting into your karmic stuff and shaping the love you are right now. It's a lot of work energetically of course, and your basic health and peace of mind come first.
Good luck and much love & light to you!
Peace & blessings
7L

Shivani Devi,
If God doesn't know how much you love him then i don't know how can he raise your kundalini at the exact moment when you are devotionally staring at his picture. So maybe you aren't listening to Shiva. But the psychic / energy-reader did detect someone beside you whose description matched Shiva. So maybe you are listening to Shiva. I don't know. If you are listening to Shiva then i request you to follow his instructions. I asked you several times for Shiva's guidance for me, so i value Shiva's guidance, if you already have Shiva's guidance for you then i request you to value it and follow it.

I feel like a walking, ticking time bomb, ready to explode.
I try and do things like going to the beach and 'grounding' myself, to give up sugar, carbs etc, to drink more natural spring water, to avoid perfumes and cleaning products....but the 'negative attachments'...the 'demons' always intervene and stop me...keeping me totally down...keeping me sick and adding to my list of symptoms daily.
God knows the number of times I've tried to wake up at 5 or 6am, only to hear Satan's voice say "you can wake up early tomorrow...just stay in bed and 'heal yourself'...you owe it to yourself...there's a good girl"...and so, every day, I stumble out of bed at 10-30 or 11am and the day is almost gone...and then I wonder why it is, I cannot get to sleep until 3-4am the next morning...I try to go to bed earlier than that and I hear that same Demonic voice go "It is still too early! you can stay up later than that...people in the USA are just waking up...don't go to bed yet...there's a good girl" and on...and on..it goes like this. I swear I'm possessed.
So, I can only do things when I fight hard against this force. When I assert my identity strongly, but at the same time, it seems to totally sap every bit of energy I have out from underneath me...undermining my attempts to 'get better' because that means I must get rid of this 'bad influence spirit' for good.

Oh, I swear that I've been through it all for a long time.
The key to getting out of contact with the lower astral is to accumulate the energy of merit. Turn back to the basic practice of Sacrifice and ministry. Learn other practices. Then the lower chakras begin to close.
Or at least start at the limit to sit in padmasana and constantly make strong pranayama. This also closes the lower chakras.
And yet the feeling that you neglected the daily practice and believed the doctors more than Shiva .. And experience as a practice.
Living in the society and exchanging data with ordinary people you put on from the program, especially if you are in a psychiatric hospital. You have activated the astral body and work in a large part of the chakra. Therefore, when you get to the places of such clinics, you simply scan the problems of other people and it seems to you that this is your own problem. However, this is not true. You simply because of many years of practice have become very sensitive to the fields and the influence of other people. If I lie down for a couple of weeks in a psychiatric hospital .. I can safely diagnose schizophrenia and that set of sores that you wrote about yourself.

Thanks, but it's like I want to close off the upper chakras and open the lower ones and bring the shakti back down into them...I am like a kite who has lost its string and floats off hither and yon in whatever direction the wind takes it, so I need that whole 'stability' again...that's my whole problem.
Dear Kralaro...you are totally spot on! and it's like you channeled that message yourself. I realise that a entire 'lifestyle change' is in order and Shiva has been telling me...pushing me into it and I'm like "I can only do so much!" but He is like "not good enough...you need to do MORE than you do" which is to basically dedicate every waking moment TO this and it feels like I'm just not ready to make that total commitment to this, but all of that comes pretty much too late.
I am reminded constantly by a saying from the Gospel of St. Thomas - which pretty much fits the whole scenario here:
“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”
―Jesus Christ
Sums it all up quite nicely.
...and yes, 7L...Accupuncture and Chinese Medicine can work very well in bringing balance to the Nadis (nerves) again and correct the flow of Chi/Prana and that's something I am investigating...will let you know how it goes.
I've also been getting up at 6am for the past 2 months - YAY!

What is the difference between a "close " and an "open" chakra ?
How do I open a chakra ?
How did you open your heart chakra and knew that it is open ?
And ,If I open all of my chakras after purifying them ,I will then not have a
violent kundalini experience ,right ?
I am looking to make kriya yoga a daily practice soon.
