Yeah, and when we find and understand our own role in our condition, it becomes a choice. After that suffering is not about what is happening
(to you , in the old victim role ) in life , it becomes a conscious choice in how you react to things in life. Why carry on with the same old patterns that lead to and continue in making one's self miserable? Choose a different outlook, a different way to react , and a different outcome will happen.

I think I heard her referred to as a he, but that's neither here nor there. SGS accesses different vibrational aspects of Self than we are normally
aware of . There's not really a short explanation that would suffice , bnecause the exquisite articulations provided are built on a foundation of some familiarity with (or at least openness to the possibilities of) 'higher' aspects and layers of self, soul, Spirit , and the non-linear , multidimensional nature of the Universe and realms of Spirit . SGS accesses inner knowing . You have to sharpen your sword of discernment and not just follow what other people tell you . How does anyone know anything ? ... especially about places where objective scientific analysis cannot go ? We have to find inner
trust , discernment, resonance, and the place where knowing exist.

Personally , I don't access anywhere near as deeply or thoroughly as SGS but that doesn't diminish the value of my vision, my experience, or my knowing , for ME . We are the captains of our own souls; and our pure Spirit self exists within, and before and after this life , in non-linear/temporal
beingness without boundaries . The way I see it, SGS has clear access to these 'other' realms that are no other than Self . It's built-in; just not everyone is able to access to the same degree .
