I found myself being mindful of insects and walking accordingly today, whilst walking my dog.
I then find myself remembering a part of a book.
Perfect escape~Devamrita Swami.

There was a thread yesterday ie:Say Hello to White Sky,that reminded me of a book i was given last year.
The book is called 'The path of the soul' by White Eagle.
White Eagle is known as the communicator and he is the guide and teacher of Mrs.Grace.Cooke.
I read this book last year and was pertinent at the time.
But reading again this morning,it's even more so at this point in time.
It's a short and easy to read book, highly recommend,if steadfast on the path.
I'll be keeping this as my go to book from here on in.
I'm like at the baptizing stage in the wilderness.: )

How is that book? I recently did a "Meet Your Shadow" meditation, which I blame for opening up and starting some stuff in my life. Shadow work, nonetheless, has intrigued me recently.

All of the White Eagle books seem to be interesting.

It's a short book ~ on my list to read again. It made me wobble as I guess
any book on the subject could do. Perhaps I may digest more of it the
second time around. Sorry for the delay in a response.
The latest addition to my list:
'Women of Wisdom' by Tsultrim Allione
