Describe how you know that an energy good/bad is around you. I know people differ :)

My conclusion:

Don't trust
Don't judge

Accept all the package (good and bad)
See the divine in them

Well im begginning to think that maybe im abnormal for experiencing so much negative energy around me, maybe its all of the things in my personal life making me feel this way, maybe its anxiety, who knows. I suppose it started when I awoke to find that small dark figure stood at the edge of my bed threatening to harm my little boy, maybe its scared me into submission and now everything feels negative around me. Thinking about it, that was probably its intention, I just didnt realise until now how much it was effecting my life.

Oh what a jolly start to a day! :)

I have had moments of such visions - and am always thankful afterwards.

Upon deep reflection, I see they are not themselves the 'threat', but rather serve to bring into consciousness (make known) the fears I had been feeling but was previously unaware of. In truth, they are messengers - and that is a very positive thing, IMO, for I cannot deal with a fear I am not aware of. Once I am aware of my fears, all things can be seen in a new light.
