Was this astral projection?

After being awake for hours, I just remembered this but can't tell if it's a dream.

So I was falling asleep and scrolling through Tumblr. (I think. Don't remember if that part was a dream.) One picture was a girl about my age on a swingset. I fell asleep imagining her swinging, for some reason... until finally it was me swinging. Then the moon showed up during broad daylight, and I kept swinging higher and higher to try and reach it. I wound up swinging all the way around this ginormous yard until suddenly, I was off the swing and flying on my own. It literally felt physical and real - like I was ACTUALLY flying. It's almost as real as my legitimate memories.

The moon was still there as I was still flying. At one point, I was feeling kind of unsure of myself when my guardian angel - or spirit guide? still not sure yet - appeared. He lifted me up further and helped me fly... which is what he does anyway, but in a figurative sense :) It was such a safe, secure, protected feeling. Beyond peaceful.

Was this astral or dreaming? I dream about him a lot, but this was different. I could actually feel him lifting me up, along with the physical sensations of flying.

It may have been astral projecting but I will say when I lucid dream it feels extremely real! Flying is one of my favourite things to do while lucid dreaming, the sensation of flying is extremely real.
