i wonder how someone say one have a choice for ascension. When ascension happen, which one will happen:
1) It will take high frequency ones, left lower frequency ones behind. so anyone have a choice to increase his frequency from now.
2) It will let all people choice to go to new world or left behind, whatever his or her frequency.
3) It will left lower frequency ones behind, but with higher frequency ones - have a choice.

really, i have some questions in my minds, if can please let me:
1) How you know your vibration enough to ascend?
2) What if ascension happen while you are sleeping?
3) Will we remain our memory in this lifetime when Earth transform 4D?
4) What happen to people don't know anything about ascension process? They will make a choice?
5) Should you say something to your family about this?
sorry too many questions but i can't stop thinking about these

This here is how I understand it: Mother Earth is a very expanded being and this part we live on as humans is but just a very small part of her. It is not her lowest frequency to exist on neither is it her highest. This shift in her nature is not to raise the frequency of midgard (the world between the chthonic where the spirit dwell and the divine where the spirit progress towards) but to expand it and bring balance between the two: the chthonic and the divine, the masculine and the feminine, darkness and light... and the list goes on. This means that people as they align with the new frequency will be more aware of themselves and the world. One could say that the mist is dissolving. But change can be a chaotic process as the old gets torn down in order for the new to emerge. So some people will hold on to what they know (the light) instead of embracing the new (the darkness) and in that way bring struggle upon themselves.

Ascension is neither a new thing for individuals as people have progressed through out the ages. The real question to me is what is it people want to ascend to. Some will argue that you are in a constand ascension and whether you notice it or not is just a matter of perception.

They are your equal and they speak their own perception of what is: meaning they speak their own truth. Know thy self and you will know thy own truth. So when listening to the truth of others then only take what resonates/makes sense to you. This might change with time. Be grounded in your own truth yet do not be so rigid that you do not move with the flow of time. Find your own balance in the world. Hope that made sense...

I believe that ascension if one uses that description is an ever ongoing process that happens over time so your vibration is always where it has to be in order to ascend as it is always ascending. Whether one notice something as ascension is another question as that is a matter of perception. I love this here quote from the movie Labyrinth:
