I was pretty much almost on it! I'm surprised at myself.
Crazy story though. It's awesome you can find places like these with such stories attached to them.
These are awesome. Thanks.
Gracey, I guess you and I were right about her falling to her death.

I forgot to add that this tower has been vandalized numerous times. That it is closed to the public. There is a gate and a camera.

You can see a short chubby man and a taller slender woman in the middle window 4th photo if you close in. He has big lips. It's plain as day.

Well, imagine that. Sad story really.
So, there is a body of water around. I saw a quick glance of water and thought it was a pool. And I said i thought there might be a monk there, but that was just based off of how the place looks. NO monks around, no one is allowed around anymore.
What the man did after he found her speaks volumes.

In the 4th photo middle window, I can certainly see the outline of someone standing there, on the left hand side.
Here's a picture of Manuel Rionda.

No one is allowed in the tower, anymore. But the place it is located in is populated. There are large mansions around it. Owned by celebrities. So pools are certainly around that area. As well as one new mansion being built.
Well it's debated as to how she died, however. Some say that's just urban legend about her jumping to her death... Yet, a few of you picked up on it.

Famous people live in Jersey!
I have heard of the Jersey Devil before. Is this legend around this tower?

Apparently so. I had never heard of this place I went to, and was floored when I learned about that. What is surprising. With all those gorgeous houses there.. I didn't even pay them any mind, or even care about them. It's like they meant nothing to me. I was more fascinated with the tower. It's story was the reason I went all the way up there. 2 plus hour drive. It's probably cheaper to live in NJ than NY so they probably buy the houses here.
I am not sure if this is in particularly about the Jersey Devil, or the Devil himself. Jersey has long had the Jersey Devil tag to it, even a hockey team is called that. There are a few places that have Devil attached to it, and even as far as being "portals to hell." Of course those places are all on my list of things to want to see. Does that make me twisted? The Jersey Devil, legend, is more out of the Pine Barrens, of NJ.
