ACHY
ok so this morning when I woke up I felt all achy and sore. my arms legs feels like I did a massive workout (nothing at all) All I did was meditate with some music while laying in bed, after that went to sleep and literally felt like I closed my eyes and my alarm went off.....but I felt well rested.....has this happened to anyone else ?

Yup, I feel that way when I'm about to get a cold. Take care of yourself  a little extra tlc never hurt anyone.
