Kriya Yoga ~ SRF, Yogananda, I went to...
I was invited to a Sunday Service...I went it was so sweet...a song, childlike
that Yogananda wrote, few minutes of silence, a reading from Luke then
Yogananda's interpretaion and more silences and songs and done.
I was invited to their monthly 3 hr meditation. I asked, "Are u sure? U have techniques u
couldn't do bec of new people. 3 hrs is a sacrifice not to be able to do them."
He says they forgo some techniques bec of the power of
2 or more...Well, guess what? They do techniques right their out in the open!!! Using their armrest...I say that so those in the know will know what I mean. I have asked so many questions
I decided not to ask anymore and just flow with their routine.
If it takes a year to be initiated to learn these esoteric techniques...do u know why they openly
use them with new people, with no 'shawl' covering them? ( I happened to know them from another Guru from 40 yrs ago...yay, it meant I could do them now, also.)
Also, this has never been...but Kriya Yoga techniques are now online!!

lucky you, I always wanted to do a group meditation and learn kriya yoga but nfortunately we do not have a center in my area.

Well, time has gone by and I am still amazed...
They do the esoteric techniques in a group setting with
new people present.
And as I said, now 2 places the Kriya Yoga techniques can be found online.
One place is the Kriya Yoga Forum.
But, ya know, I'm nobody to question how they now do things....just surprised.
