Oneness Meditation- Deeksha Awakening
I went to a oneness meditation this evening, I have never felt so much energy (love) before and I am new to this.My entire body was vibrating. I was given a deeksha awakening, I was told that this will awaken you and if you already in the process of awakening it will deepen it.
The experience made me cry and laugh.i realized that holding on to my pain brought me to this point, this moment. the pain does not matter much but this moment does. I could only sum up my past as necessary to help me see compassion. When I help someone, I am helping myself because they are a reflection of me. I was asking for help more than they were. I was overwhelmed when trying to explain that I needed to connect with someone going through this. I felt like I had found someone from my soul's group.
