Is it a sign?
My boyfriend and I broke up about three weeks ago after dating for a year.
Yesterday evening I sat in my bedroom writing, zoned out to everything around me. The TV was on in the other room. Suddenly a phrase catches me: "Jesse and Alex" (our names). I hadn't noticed other things on the TV before, only that.
Is this just my subconsience picking that up because it's familiar? Or is it a sign? Thoughts on this anyone?

I'd think that it was your subconscious picking up on the words. A break-up is rarely easy, especially after a relationship that lasted a long time.
