Seagull behaving oddly

I had a lucid dream last night which was very beautiful. I was walking down a footpath that was alongside a huge ocean. A small brick wall separated me from the sea and I heard a voice saying 'This is how most people are separated from God.' Then I saw some of the sea escaping through the wall and lapping around my feet. I walked on and the sea turned to beautiful snow, initially just a few flakes but turning into a smooth coat of pure white. I reached a small hill and saw lots of Narcissus flowers, white in colour. I touched a petal and here my dream was very lucid. After examining the flower I jumped back down.

I woke up this morning with the dream heavily on my mind. A few minutes after waking I noticed a seagull outside my window - not unusual where I live - but it was sort of hovering and then landed on the roof just above my window. I was so surprised to see one so close that I kept watching. It flew down slightly and hovered just outside my window again before going onto the roof. It did this twice more as I watched. It seemed to want me to see it. Only afterwards it occured to me that the odd behaviour may have been linked to my lucid dream because it represented the sea and freedom, plus this dream definitely had a very powerful quality to it!

Has anyone else noticed anything similar after a dream or experience?

Jonathan Livingston Seagull by By Richard Bach. You really might like that book, it is a very short read and rich with wisdom.

I think one has a connection to a Guide in that place. For me when I have a deeper message to get I am taken to me Island that is small and totally isolated with but one Strangeler Fig Tree on it. In the middle of vast ocean and nothing more.

I've just realised that I've been asking who is my main guide for the last 2/3 days while meditating! Now it makes sense. Thanks Lynn.
