anyone know of good meditation CDs?
I'm looking into buying a meditation CD or mp3s on amazon. Can you guys give recommendations for transformational meditation CDs or mp3?:)

Having a nice mantra in the back ground is lovely, as can be a josh stick or candle but true transformation only takes place through the actual meditation you do.

Hi
I just bought Equisync done 1 meditation and it was amazing but first read about it on google.
It changes your brainwaves like a deeper meditation.

I have centerpointe research Research Institutes and they are good, free, since my dad has all off them. it is kinda weird to listen to them but I guess it helps haha

The CD's are broken up with Immersion and The Dive. Immersion only for the first 2 weeks then Immersion plus The Dive. Each are a half hour long and with good headspeakers, the melody and variety of pitch is truly outstanding.

If you google Edgar cayce meditation cd- it's awesome- I like felt my chakras spin the first time I used it!!! They weren't in order- so I know it wasn't my meditation!!!!

I go here and meditate on Wednesday's. I really like his approach to mindfulness, wisdom, love and compassion meditation. The price is right also.
