Hi!
Hello everyone, just wanted to introduce myself as I am new here! I'm Krysta, from the Boston area. I'm really excited about joining this forum, there are so many things of interest to read about here! I've been doing yoga and meditation for about a yr and a half, but am brand new to kundalini yoga, healing crystals, the more spiritual aspect to all of this. Loving it, and so eager to keep learning :)
