If you've been exposed to abuse in life there's a number of things you can do to recover and bounce back.
I've already given a number of helpful things to do.
ANother, which I hadn't mentioned yet, is to develop an open mind so you start to come across people, workshops, coaches, etc. that can help resolve the true cause that is behind attracting it to begin with.
With an open mindset your intuition kicks in, so it's not mental, but combined with feeling / intuition.
One of such things are these free Masterclasses by Evette Rose, every Wednesday. The next 4-5 coming up are ALL about abuse, how to recover, how to deal with it, how it is stored in the body etc etc.
And each Masterclass has you dive deep so you find your cause and issues, and then there's a healing meditation/visualisation.
I've done them for weeks now (topic changes every week of course). They're amazing!
The one from today was also on trauma affecting relationships. It has run, but...
it will be available soon as replay for 24 hrs only. So if you want to do it don't wait too long.
I always record them on my phone so I can do them again whenever I want.
