Chakras and dreams

I dream of colours very vividly after doing a meditation where I visualise the chakras - does anyone else find this?

Last night I did my usual chakra meditation then I went to bed and dreamed I was walking through a snowy path where bright yellow dandelions and other flowers were just beginning to peep through. Then this dream took me back through the same path and more and more flowers were growing and they were the brightest yellow I've ever seen in a dream.

I woke up feeling incredibly choked. There was more to the dream than that but it was clearly a strong spirital message particularly as I was out in my back garden last night looking at my large bare oak tree and dreaming about spring.

I have had other dreams where colours feature vividly and always after visualising the chakras. It gives me the incentive to do it more often!

What do you mean choked?

Choked - emotional - tearful -moved - touched - full of joy. I'm guessing you're not aware of that expression in Australia?
