I think I will move on also. I am teaching a class on Death and Dying in
April and I hope those who signed up for it are open-minded. People who
are looking to make a point often end up arguing or debating that point.
I am not into that. The emotions that people have around death or how
people die are only negative if we see them as negative.

Peace and Good Journey to all

So I told a fib about moving on.

There are times when I am not online when I feel an intuitive pull to look online because someone has addressed a comment to me. I felt the recent comments here before coming back here to read them. I do not want to set up an opposition towards anyone here, we are all hopefully still learning, and I definitely include myself.

The thing is I had posted this OP on another website, my community website of neighbors on Nextdoor. It is not a spiritually oriented website, and I received 98 positive comments in about 2-days after posting the same posts which I have posted here.

People on a non-spiritual website wanted to talk about the aspects of human death from a here and now visceral point of view. I go by the name Larry Jackson there, although Jackson is not my real last name. We talked about the Death Café (link provided below) and a lot of other more down to Earth aspects of death. Most people there thought this approach to discussing death was much needed.

So two links below for those who are interested, one to the Death Café and the other to my Nextdoor page where the OP in this thread is being discussed in detail. I am getting ready to take an RV trip for a couple of weeks, and may not have internet access, I leave the links below for those who are interested in seeing how my OP here was discussed elsewhere.

I just wanted to come here to say thank you as ever for your sharings and inputs, Starman.

I feel that I am unable to quieten my mind, but reading your posts often gives me a sense of wonder and peace.

Namaste.

Starman I’ve really enjoyed all your comments about death and it’s given me a greater insight into it.

Really interesting!

It is easier to grow older than it is to grow wiser. Self-discovery has been the main theme of my life’s journey. “Know Thyself “ is the cornerstone of my existence. And this discovery for the most part has been automatic; especially when I let go. Sometimes coming in a flash but often smothering over time waiting for me to take notice. Looking back it’s like I was shot out of a cannon; traveling down a deep dark tunnel into the light of day.

It has all been grist for the mill; the ego behaviors counted as much towards my discovery as the non-ego behaviors. Strengths and weaknesses complimented each other, as I come full circle, ending up where I began, only with a keener insight into the journey.

Aging has helped me to let go; as my skin loosens and pulls away from my bones, my emotions become more balanced, and my thoughts more quiet. What we call “aging” is just further preparation for the journey beyond; it is a gift that allows for the process of personal change; a gradual alchemy transforming and unconscious presence into the light of awareness.

I am grateful for long life and the deepening of this earthly journey as I know many who never got the opportunity to complete their teenage years.

Peace and Good Journey

I think reincarnation is the hardest part of death- although no person is the same- some die straight away including their soul… that’s the easy way out but personally I think it will take at least 500 deaths for my soul to die… it’s stubborn… it personally vindicates me. Imo we are in the matrix probably a universe ruled by metal and which has fire and electric ( considering magnetic and force fields that we know of today) so probably heavy technology and transformers…. Fire and electric rules today we result in ash but the soul is rather immune to it.. at least our souls need something on the surface of our atom so we keep creating bodies in the future we probably will be in our souls so death would grow extinct…unless there was pseudo pain with fire and electric with regard to the soul… so I believe we probably will wake up in a world like the matrix.. probably transformers have used nuclear and a struggle for power unless their king original has control…. We probably are plugged into a simulation… and will wake up to the real world before we experience heaven or hell… imo

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru
