A little note....Houston Texas, one of the top 20 largest cities in the U.S is named after General Sam Houston, hero of the Texas revolution.

Was that joke lost on the Americans? Its an old 'en , I could have said, 'Herr Flick' , he invented that other famous knife, perhaps they don't have bread knives in the USA? or even Flick knives, switchblades? (The joke wasn't told by Jim Bowen , who was actually an old British comedian )
