Also after the Shiva thing the number 7 started to appear as well.
Then I saw it in one of sadhguru vids as well.he was saying that Shiva means seven, or something like that.

The feather was stucked in the outer side of the plastic basin.how it managed to stay there, it's a mystery.

One time the feather dude responded with the song.

That sounds auspicious.

I would start by saying - Not to worry, Shiva is one of the good guys. He has different aspects, and some more unnerving than others, but always benign. And whilst parts of his being may be remote to our understanding, his presence is always near to the heart that is open to it.

One suggestion from here would be to gently experiment with the five-syllable mantra ("om namah shivaya") and see what effects that has.

I read your description as being one of an introductory encounter, of the "hello. I'm around, your turn to reciprocate" variety. In that light, you want to look into some of the branches of shaivism that exist today. Personally, I feel that Trika Shaivism (what is often referred as "Kashmir Shaivism") is an especially profound lineage of Shiva. There is a book called Tantra illuminated which does a very good job of blending deep scholarship with the experiential attitude of a practitioner, and as much aimed as newcomers as it is familiar practitioners.
