What do you think of this mantra?
I found what I think to be quiete a powerful mantra on YouTube.
Search ohm ohm meditation music - pranava mandiram by monks and you'll find it.
At the time of listening I was trying to 'find something' or heal myself, I was in a very confused state of mind and I believe this is what led me to a psychosis. I listened to this for hours at a time, and this is when my spiritual experiences started happening such as seeing synchronicities everywhere, believing I was some sort of divine precense, and thinking I was connected to everything.
But let me know what you think. Here's a warning if you decide to listen to it as I did - do it with good intention as I don't want it to lead you down the wrong path as I did.
