How to connect with your guides?
I wanted to connect with my guides, which i have not done before. Was not sure what to do so i just said out loud i would like to connect with my guides. I waited a few moments but did not get anything, i know you dont straight away. So i just carried on meditating then i got a vision of a wolf lol! I was not sure if this ment anything. Does anyone know?

You are starting to evolve your intuitive senses.
I suggest that you think of your guides as your inner wisdom and speak with them as you do with yourself.

The wolf could well be your spirit animal or your animal guide, keep meditating you are gettin there,

Thanks for replies, i just was not sure although i did have a clear mind and i don`t often think about wolves, so i did think it strange for the image to pop up. It has actually been the first image iv had while meditating so it was quite
exciting too.
