Where do they come from..

Trust. That is the one word that my guide said when I asked him/them how I know they are real and not my imagination. And to trust that I can communicate. That was his message that morning. When I first started on this journey, I was not sure if what I was hearing was real or my imagination. After a few conversations with my birth guide, it dawned on me that his name sounded very familiar and comfortable. I asked my Mom if I had had an imaginary friend when I was small. I purposely did not mention his name. She said I did and his name. I knew then that what I was experiencing was real.

It is the same with the spirits in my home. Most are distant family members who I had no knowledge of. The information I got was verifiable, so I know they are real as well. I hear one - three word phrases and they show me symbols. This is truly the most amazing experience for me besides having a child. I cherish it.
