Most people don't know this but Reiki doesn't have to be performed in person to be beneficial. It can be performed distantly with the same benefits as if in person. I've done many sessions through distance. Basically, I do the same thing I would if the client were in front of me. I begin, sitting in a quiet place, doing self clearing and while light protection of myself, just as if the client were in front of me. This means that I take a few minutes taking deep clearing breaths and envision a white light around me. The white light surrounding me serves as protection against any of the clients negative energy coming through to my body. I then perform Reiki in the same manner as if they were in front of me, visualizing the person in front of me.is an international teacher of Reiki, yoga and meditation.

YES! I do distance energy healing sessions, too. It's so wonderful that distance doesn't limit us!
