Contacting Spirit Guides

Thanks for this meditation. I tried it out and it seemed to have some results but I'm a bit confused by them. I asked for help with life in general and I heard in a sort of electrical type voice "We will <something> help you". I think the <something> was "not", but it was kinda fuzzy. There were more voices after that but it sounded kinda like a bad radio signal, not staticy but more distorted electical type sound. I guess like they were out of tune or there was interferrence. I couldnt make out what the voices were saying. Does anyone have any idea of what this could be?

Raise your vibrations (meditate more often each day) and they will be more clear and not so static filled.

Wow i found this very interesting since ive recently asked to meet my spirit guide!
So far i know his name is George but its a positive start and with the meditation exercise given here im sure ill get to know George a little more in time.

Yes Mosgare... Regular meditation practice will open your awareness within yourself, and your communication and sense of your guides presence will gradually become smoother.

This is very helpful, i look forward to trying it out and hopefully meeting my spirit guide!! If i haven't already

do the angels and spiritual guides tell us their names, or do we make them up? I will be working on this meditation.......thanks
