ok, so as all this is new, and there have been some weird stuff happening since I started meditation (never before) that's important as I have mhp. So I started to identify other peoples conscious. Its not thoughts, just an awareness of there energy, like hi your awake - bye. so - I can only pick up thoughts of those that are awakened or dead that I have connection with, ie I know them or have known them personally, so its a two way thing. I heard the voice of some one but they were speaking directly to me in their mind they literally apologised It was so plain just like some one speaking to you. so I think the potential for telepathy is dependent on a lot of factors, I don't think it will happen again too often as there are too many.

Yes telepathy in a conscious way does have its set of variables.
