we are all co-creators. and we all create our own individual realities. with this said your outer reality is a direct reflection of your inner reality. change your inner and you change your outer. pain anger jealousy are all energies that signify everything we are not.

I agree Marqwe .

Would you say that an Individual that is suffering is a direct reflection of what is known as one's inner self that is in suffering .

Can there be sufferings that are skin deep for example .

Can one's emotional sufferings be just a snippet of one's reflection?
