This Life, Next Life
A fascinating film. Does psychic phenomena prove that death is not the end ....

I really like this so far and am very much on the side of Victor Zammit, when he states that if sceptics disagree, they should be able to produce their own empirical evidence why not.
It's horribly late in my boring bit of world right now so have to pause the video and will carry on watching it tomorrow! Thank you dear Knight.

Ive read Victor Zammit's book and even subscribed to his weekly Afterlife Report ... BUT he does seem to get taken in by some rather extraordinary stuff; like the David Thompson materialisation stuff etc; all conveniently taking place in the dark of course, I did a google search and all indications are of complete fraud. It's just too much hocus pocus, smoke and mirrors etc. I think Zammit really means well and presents some good stuff but I think he will believes anything passed his way too...
If a spirit really can materialise in the presence of a loved one and medium then I really don't believe it requires the cover of darkness. Victor want's to believe so he does. I prefer the more balanced approach of a David Fontana and his excellent Is There An Afterlife, like most of us he is highly suspicious of Ectoplasm and the likes of Helen Duncan etc

No, I've never understood why there has to be darkness, or near-darkness in a room in order to commune with visiting spirits!
The only (non-peculiar) reason I could think of is that darkness may help still the minds of the sitters (?)
But then I have never really been into 'seances' or that type of mediumship either. So I probably don't understand...

It has something to do with how light affects the ectoplasm coming from the medium.
