A crystal mountain

This is just something I'm wondering about and wondering if any of you may know something more about this than what I do. (Mind you, I may ramble, so I apologize in advance if I do.)

So, last night, I sat myself down to draw. As it happens with me sometimes, because I get into such a quiet, calm, focused mindset when I draw, one of my guides took me in spirit to what I can really only describe as a crystal mountain.
Now, because I'm still not very experienced with speaking telepathically, with emotions instead of words, I, for the most part, understood where I was. For lack of a better description, it was a school I was invited to visit and to return to any time I wanted to come. Whether to sit in one of the classes and learn with the other students, or to just be present there and relax in the peaceful enviroment.
Now, here is my question. I remember asking the escort teacher I was with where this place was. (okay... now that I think about it, perhaps it was more of a random thought rather than me really asking about it.) The answer I got was a feeling, images more than anything verbal to tell me.
I was shown this place, and then three other locations. One was Atlantis, one was Mt. Ida Arkansas and another was a mountain range somewhere (but I never got a clear 'this is what I'm referring to' feeling).
What I picked up from that feeling and what I was shown is that this school is connected to, and is, in each of those places. (??) I'm still not entirely certain what to make of that answer though. (But, then again, I may just be thinking too hard on something that's very simple.)

Any ideas on this? Or if you just want to share about a similar experience?

Can you post a link to your picture? I'm cureious to see what it looks like, crystal mountains I get whenever I picture atlantis in my mind and when I "go" to atlantis for healing I walk up stairs to a crystal castle or mountain.

I've seen crystaline cities before. I find that if I want to go to somewhere in particular I concentrate on an image of that place... or if I want to find my guide, I think of her eyes/face and am there within seconds.

This thought is kind of along the lines as Thirteens response. When I meditate and visit with my ancestral guide I think of the place at which she revealed herself and boom there I am and it is a place of teaching. Maybe it is a kind of meditation place for you to receive teaching from your guides and each different location hold different teachings...and maybe even different guides or teachers

Spiritlite, lol, actually, strangely, the picture I started drawing (and am close to finishing inking, but which you can see the work-in-progress of here http://ringtossed.deviantart.com/art...tain-209394247 Just remember to click on the picture to see it bigger) has little to do with the crystal mountain, at least in what you see. I mean, for about two weeks before I sat myself down to draw (not been easy to do since I've largely been in an art rut since late last year), I've been getting this really similar feeling to how it is for me just before I remember a past life of mine. That sort of 'I know I'm forgetting something but I can't remember what it is!' feeling for me. But when I sat down to draw (started from left and worked my way right) that's when I was escorted to the crystal mountain and shown around.
The entire time I still felt that very present 'mermaid' feeling of myself. (I've been rolling that around in my mind since then and still can't exactally figure out how it all connects and have yet to recall any past life, muchless one of being a merman or mermaid).
As I continued to work on this picture, I get the feeling that these three represent that school. Knowledge, Guidance, and Learning.
As for the crystal mountain itself, it just looks like a ... well, like a big mountain made up of crystals. No stones, no regular rocks, no cluster-y like you see in the crystals we're use to seeing here... Just... in the shape of a mountain, like this,

and made up entirely of crystals. The ground, all of the light around is white, but there's also a soft yellow to it as well. Everything just feels peaceful there.
A few years back (when I was still really spiritually active and such) I was invited to another one of these 'schools' in spirit, but that one I was led into through a cave, through a tunnel inside where monks were at. Not just one sort of monk either. I saw at least two kinds I recognized.
What really gets me is that, as I write this and I'm thinking back to the classes I saw in that first school, I can't say all of the 'classes' (subjects) were the same, but I did see a couple that were teaching the same subjects. (I honestly couldn't tell you what exactally they were praticing, one was with bubbles, and another working with light, as if it was some tangible substance.)

I'm not sure if I'll take advanage of the classes (at least not presently) but I'm glad to know that I'm invited back to the crystal mountain whenever I want to sit, meditate, relax.

Spiritlite, does this sound at all familiar to the crystal mountain you go to in spirit for Atlantis? Anything else you'd like to share?

Thirteen, you've seen crystalline cities before? Mind sharing about them? I'm sure I won't be the only one reading this thread who'd openly welcome what anyone desires to share. (And, on a separate note, I would SERIOUSLY love to know why Spirit keeps "13" my way. It's one thing in numbers, but then I saw your post here lol and now I'd SERIOUSLY love to know why the heck I keep seeing it! ^_^)

I can totally understand with the 'just thinking about a place then going there in spirit to meditate and/or relax at'. It makes perfect sense. I hadn't thought about our guides using them to help us along, though. Interesting to think about. (Kinda goes hand-in-hand with the 'according to our ability to sense it and the different needs of our guides and angels to take on different appearances according to what we need at certain times' question I brought up on a different thread.)

After finishing writing the above, then looking again at the three mers picture, now more than ever I get the very loud feeling (like someone standing in front of you, flailing their arms, jumping up and down to get your attention) that the whole 'mer' feeling is very VERY connected to this school. They're not just symbolic. (but how?!?!? ugh! I'm not seeing how it's connected. I remember during my tour around the school, I saw other teachers and students. Plenty were light - made up of it / were energy- outside of the school, most of the students and teachers were in humanoid form, and I remember looking outside at one point and seeing another student?potential student? being led by a teacher, but it was in more of a large werecat? form.)


man, I be when this all clicks into place and I'm able to connect all of this, I'll smack my forehead and go 'Well duh! It's all so simple! How did I not get this from the start?'

I have heard and read many people talk about a crystal mountain/city in Lemuria. Perhaps that is the "mer" feeling you keep getting. Do some research on Lemuria. Could be that you were once there during a past lifetime. That just screamed out of me as soon as I read your first post and when you put "mer" down I instantly knew Lemuria was it!!

Nah, the 'mer' isn't Lemuria. but more like mer as in mermaid and merman. (Though I have no doubts it's connected with Lemuria as well. <3)
lol Ohh I know I lived in Lemuria for at least a good 3 lives (hence the reason for this thread http://www.spiritualforums.com/vb/sh...ad.php?t=15420 and why I invited ) my only problem is that what I recalled from then are more person-to-person relationships, not so much the surroundings and enviroment (which is something I'm really trying to look into to learn more of. I don't know why, but my curiousity about it is driving me up a wall.)

However, now I feel a bit guilty about bringing this up. When I was sitting on the couch and started drawing, this crystal

that's been getting my attention for the past two weeks (she wants so badly to help me out spiritually) decided to strike up a conversation with me.
She's the one who's been gently guiding me and showing me all of this. Including the whole (and very prominent) feeling of mers (because, at least in spirit, that's how she chooses to show me herself).

Dawn....It seems to me that I see a (frosted) image of a face in the first photo. I also see the image of a person in the rainbow. It seems they are wearing a strand of beads. Do you see this yourself?

I'd honestly never looked at my crystals like that. I never really do. I mean, I find the inclusions, the striations, the rainbows and chips interesting physical characteristics, but I've never really tried looking for things in them. Never felt the pull to do so.
However, when you said that (my first thought here, to be totally honest, was 'yeah... right, whatever'. But when I scrolled up to the top picture I was honestly taken aback! I do see the figure of a person in the first photo, not a face but a whole upper body (though I get what you mean. The face is very clear to see)

and lol here's the really interesting bit.
This afternoon I was sitting here drawing and she (the soul in the crystal) had me draw a picture of her (I didn't know this until she'd pointed it out to me). I set that down a while ago after I finished pencilling it and didn't think about it until I read your post and looked at that first picture.
I can actually see an image of her sitting there in the crystal.

And about the beads, interesting you bring that up. Though I can't see it in the second image, I have been drawing beads. (Sort of a fashion statement for her, the soul in the crystal, and those who attend that particular 'school'.)
