How do I know who my Spirit Guide is?

I would love to know who my Spirit guide is and feel more connected to them.
I am going through a low point in my life and could really do with the company. LOL.
I hope someone can help.

When you are emotionally in turmoil, you will have a harder time to connect to your guides and angels. It is best to find them when you are in a calm relaxed state. They always hear you, even if you don't know them by face or name. So in times when you cannot connect, just talk to them, ask for signs and pay attention.

You may ask, "Am I doing the right thing by moving on with my relationship?"

You may get an email from an old love interest who may just want to know how you are. Your friends may introduce you to a friend's cousin and you immediately like them... etc. Pay attention to the Universe, it will set you along the path that is for your highest good. This is "going with the flow".
