Effects of long term use of White Selenite

Hello. 2 months ago give or take, I have removed my usual crystals/grid from my office desk, and other crystal spheres from livingroom etc.

I only placed a White Selenite sphere in my livingroom, to cleanse/purify in general and mostly to also give break to all other crystals.

Interesting, most of my habits I had revolving work and exercises and other productive things, they sort of paused. I didn't do much but just live life..

However, during these months and until now, I have had plenty of personal epiphanies and mental clarity insights so-to-speak. In some words, I could say I know have figured it all out, it is extremely obvious to me the principle of polarity as described in the Hermetic laws for example, however it is clear to me in practical ways in my life and things I did in past and do now too.

I am writing this post because I never experienced a 'sneaky clarity'. Each day things became more clear and obvious to me regarding all the good and bad decisions I made including their cause and effect, and also all of these that I still do in the present. I can easily see how I always 'pay' the debt I create when I feel 'good' to stay a bit later at night, not just by feeling fatigued the next day and lower will power (as willpower is connected to dopamine and dopamine is lower when you sleep late, therefore ambition can have a disrupted consistency for example and makes one more prone to instant gratification if it feels in a state of fatigue for too much). Loops can be created and then people often do things that puts them out of their hole for a brief moment, only to dig that hole deeper (for example when one copes with a vice, now I'm just giving example, not necessarily taking about me).

The long term effect of Selenite on me seems to pointed out so many things. It is not the most amazing crystal however what it does is very useful.

I have not felt or had the energies that yellow crystals provide to me, where I have an increased appetite for learning, for working and creating projects, for exercising, manifesting etc. I have not felt the 'harsh yet valuable lessons of truth' that black crystals can provide sometimes. It didn't upped my social/speech nor did it felt like what crystals such as Amethyst or Labradorite or Moldavite can do, and YET, it sort of contained lessons that all the other crystals could do, except it wasn't in an energetic fashionable way, but mostly peaceful and obvious.

I usually turned to black obsidian to get to the root of some problems or obtain clarity, while it definitely helps, it often feels such as it's that serious professor who scolds you but for your own good. With Selenite, I didn't felt judged, because the insight of clarity of what is happening in my life and around me, this insight comes gentle, clear and obvious. Sometimes in life you can cry or wonder why the palm of your hand hurts so bad, then you see a footage where you put your hand in the fire and you're thinking "oh, well, that makes sense, let me fix that'. Meanwhile the obsidian would say "you idiot look what you are doing to yourself" and the Selenite is "sir, this is footage of your hand on the barbeque, take care'.

Soon will bring back my main crystals of use, optical yellow calcites, pyrite, herkimer diamond, authentic Nummite, amethyst etc. Now I understand that in fact each of these crystals have a long term effect as well, in combination as well. It's just that I never expected White Selenite to provide this much clarity. To add a remark, it sort of feels as if one takes a break from caffeine, it's good but some of that magic is gone (if you had breaks from coffee, you know what I mean). Selenite isn't about fancy energies, it's more about clarity and nurturing and cleansing and pointing out in my opinion. Now, websites may tell you what it is or do, but this is my experience. Selenite is indeed a very good grounding crystal! A friend of mine had me buy one, but first she recommended that I get one that I was energetically attracted to and so I did. Now even when I use it, I can actually feel the energy within me shift and balance out.
