Reiki healing for beginners is very easy. Reiki Healing and Love will flow without any effort on your part..

Reiki healing is simple and easy for beginners. It's doesn't effect on your body part with flow of energy.

If you wanted to practice and learn Reiki the first step would be to find a Reiki workshop that is going on where you can be attuned to level one of Reiki. That will allow you to learn with a Reiki Master/Teacher that can attune you to the energies and help you better understand Reiki and start you on that path of Reiki.
