message from my spirit guide

Hello everyone. I was wondering if my spirit guides still with me and if they have something to tell me. If someone knows a way to find out what my spirit guides say about me. Wether then please let me know. Thank you

Thank you for your response. Can you tell if my guides are still with me at this point? If so what do they have to tell me. Am I ok at this point?

aquawater, they are always with you. sit still. take a few deep breaths. what does your gut tell you? everything you need is right there when you need it. don't doubt that. I wish you well :)

Hi! Have you ever looked into channeling? Different methods work for different people. It takes time and practice and a whole lot of trust, but you may be able to develop the ability to talk to your guides yourself. They are always with you. If you can find yourself a quiet space and quiet your thoughts, you may feel them. It takes practice. Read through the forums here and articles online and you may find some ideas to try that resonate with you.

I generally just ask them to let me no in a way that i will recognize, i don't hear them but i feel they tell me alot through my dreams, also they download thru my crown chakra i feel a light showery feeling then a little while later i have the info i asked for look for songs and repeating numbers.
