In the fictional sense; I used to watch Hercules The Legendary Journeys & Xena Warrior Princess with my nephews many moons ago. Ares, god of war, was always our favourite of the gods. It was a tragedy as the actor that played him was killed on set in 2002, was only in his 30s.
Poseidon was always one that captured the imagination too. I liked how he was depicted in Xena. Also they did him well in the Odyysey with Armand Assante; he literally was the sea itself.
There is a movie out next year, Gods Of Egypt with Gerard Butler that should please any devotees of that pantheon!

Recently, I've been mesmerized by the Goddess Nyx and Terra Mater... like I name my spiritual self terranix but I feel like I should have spelled it terranyx
Earth and night are my obsessions lately - I find it hard to wake up if it's morning and have been having yearnings to reconnect to Terra Mater.
I need to submerse myself in a natural body of water under a full moon and then i will okay.

Thor is my favourite god. He's powerful and controls storms, and he's a god of the land, trees and fertility. Plus he's muscular and incredibly handsome.
