not grounded/ tarot cards depleted energy

Btw, I find yoga leg exercises and any balancing and stretching done standing very grounding

I am not the best for grounding as I so freely am in and out in the work that I do with Spirits being a Medium. What I do though when I use Tarot cards is that I ask for Guidance and I bring in the Divine White Light to help me and protect me. I ask that I am given messages that serve only my or the person getting the readings "highest and greatest good" and that I can temper the messages that I receive with kindness and compassion's.

I have never had this experience (personally)--
but if the Deck once belonged to another (perhaps) that person was
an energy vampire.

I would dispose of them--if they are used--if they are new--then you could try sitting on the floor when working with your Cards.

Sitting on the floor is an instinctive habit of mine--
when doing Readings and Rune Casts. I find it more comfortable.
