I think lonely or troubled souls do this. They can't really hear your thoughts per say, but they pick up on the energy around you. People do this anyways, but don't realize it or pay attention to it. Anyways, this is when we scatter our energy, looking for others to help us, but the answers are inside you. You can start by a good diet, exercise and finding a hobby that keep you focused on good thoughts. Also, having a job where you make friends or spending time with healthy friends and family members helps. Ultimately, you need to focus on yourself and heal parts of you that you are neglecting, hiding or running away from. Don't be afraid to speak up.
