practical techniques for pastlife regression help
Dear members ,
I am very interested in past life regression, i went to many past life therapist to know past life, i spent lot of money running behind them, they ask me to take many sessions , they charge more for every sessions, after taking many sessions also no useful, i saw many are in past life in very first session, whats wrong in me,
I tried also some guided pastlife regression, but that is not also helped me, i tried binaural beats from unexplainable store, they guarantee in all products, but nothing is helped me,
Can anybody advise me which technique work for me,

Hi Ram,
Insight Meditation (Satipatthana Vipassana) works like a charm but it will take a while, so consistency and determination is needed but the rewards will pay off. However, expect a lot of pain during the purging process:

Make sure you break down your practice in equal segments of walking and sitting meditation, starting with a prostration first in order to subdue the ego and as a preliminary exercise.
