My husband and I have a similar story. We met when we were both 24 and after a couple of weeks I introduced him to my mum. My mum recognised his face instantly - turned out our grandparents lived next door but on to each other for almost 50 years. My mum and his dad grew up together and when I used to visit my grandparents and stay there, me and him used to play together. We had no knowledge of this until my mum told us. Such a wonderful feeling to know that this truly is a match made in heaven :)

It really is as small world and how great for you both , it is a wonderful feeling. It makes you think how lucky you are that you didnt hook up when you were younger as most times it doesnt work out while maturing in different directions and that you have both found each other at a time that your relationship can last the distance.

Damn thats what i should have called it I may borrow that title if its ok
