12 Entities/Leaders of a different dimension?

Hi,

So it was in a vision or lucid dream or the astral plane, however you would like to describe it
but I am pretty sure it was not a dream, as my practises with meditation and the astral
deepen, I am able to discern between to two better and better.

So the overall message of this experience was that there are 12 leaders or the 12 Confederations,
something like that. A very clear word was spoken of them which was 'The Twelve C____'
but I cant remember that C word.

They seemed to all be sitting around a table, not necessarily the same entities either,
which led me to belief that they were Leaders of their separate factions.

So I am wondering if anybody has encountered this phenomenon in the astral or if they
have read anyone writing about 12 somethings or the twelve group.

Not sure if this has to do with spirit guides, galactic affairs or high dimensional goings-on
but any insights you can offer would be helpful :)

Hm well I have had run-ins with what seem to be astral guardian spirits. They are sort of Humanoid plant looking and are typically invisible until they want to be seen. I imagine this would be one of the 12. The number 12 holds a lot of significance so that would be something to note. Was the word consortiums? That would be a word that might of been what they said.

I have heard of the council of twelve. I believe Michael Newton talks about them in his books. I have a coworker who had a lucid dream where he met his council.
