BigJohn,
I'm afraid I don't see what your post has to do with this topic. I wonder if you might explain why you think that it does?

BigJohn,
re: "Ask StaroftheSea,
StaroftheSea has been gone for years.
Are you a 6th day of the week crucifixion advocate?

Jews believed a new day began after sunset.
Other people have different ways of telling time then we do.
for example, we divide a day (normally - not militarily) into 2 sections. I had a girl friend once in which it was their custom to divide a day into quarters. One of her favorite expressions for when we would be leaving is "2 o'clock" which could mean 2:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 2:00 PM or 8:00 PM.
Same problem exist with calendars. I lived in one country in which the calendar was 543 years ahead of our calendar.

1 Kings 12:5 reads:
"And he said unto them, Depart yet for three days, then come again to me. And the people departed."
They returned on the third day, not after 3 days as recorded in
1 Kings 12:12 were it reads"
"So Jeroboam and all the people came to Rehoboam the third day, as the king had appointed, saying, Come to me again the third day."
Jeroboam returned on the third day, not after 3 days.
I hope this will help you.

BigJohn,
re: "Jews believed a new day began after sunset."
And as I corrected myself in post #93, it wouldn't make any difference with regard to sunset versus sunrise; there would still be a lack of a third night with a 6th day of the week crucifixion.

re: "Jeroboam returned on the third day, not after 3 days. I hope this will help you."
Actually, it doesn't. I don't see where your post provides any examples which show where a daytime or a night time was forecast or said to be involved with an event when no part of a daytime or no part of a night time could have occurred.
BTW, you have a question directed to you in post #103.

Are you rendering 3 days and 3 nights to mean at least 6 days?

re: "Are you rendering 3 days and 3 nights to mean at least 6 days?"
No. What the heck have I written that would cause you to ask such a question?
And you still have a question directed to you in post #103.
