Hey guys. I have been meditating for past weeks because my mate said I need to open all the chakras. I have opened 5 of my chakras. I'm stuck at my 6th chakra. How do I open my 3rd eye?

the eyes are our focus of attention-ers.
draw your attention to what your mind is attending to at any given moment.
if stray thoughts enter your thinking, then your focus will shift...
be mindful of that shift. it's like taking a step backwards to see what you
are seeing; how you are perceiving things. bring your consciousness into
supra-consciousness awareness.
your third eye is open, you've simply yet to become aware of that fact.

Gaze at a candle flame - become the flame - close your eyes and see the flame - rinse and repeat.

Gaze into your own eyes in the mirror until the third eye appears - it takes time.

Wear Bindi and become aware of the spot and focus on it, read spiritual books, look at optical illusions.

Practice the art of gazing without really looking, but seeing what you need to look at....it takes time.

Try to surround yourself whit blue objects. Blue is the color of 6th chakra.
