Emotions are natural part of being human. From your list I gather that you're perhaps not open to express or unleash that outwardly, perhaps it stays mostly inside, which makes you feel that you are cold and unloving. Maybe you just need to allow that side in yourself a bit more.. allow it space instead of seeing it as a weakness. Then you might just see the beauty of it in other people as well..

I just wanted to say that I agree with your perspective~ Like a safe space needs to be created for them, where said emotion can be expressed without it being seen as a weakness or in a negative light.

Probably stating the obvious. Can you not just leave the room.

It makes you understandably uncomfortable, it makes most people uncomfortable. Of course many enjoy the drama too. But you are holding your own emotions in. There's nothing wrong with a man crying. It takes strength to show your vulnerability. If others don't like it then tough. You are very hard on yourself. Give yourself a break for once.

Most of the the time leaving isn't an option because usually I am somewhere for an important reason.

Unfortunately, I cannot just give myself a break like that. It's not that easy. I have no choice but to keep playing the role that was reserved for me, whether I like it or not. Then I might as well do that right if I fail at everything else.

What sort of places do you frequent?

Of course don't answer if too private but do you ever cry?

Being human doesn't mean that I get to experience everything that is part of being human. Believe me, a lack of emotion is but the least of my concerns.

Basically almost everywhere someone my age would go to. Sometimes just so I get to be away from home.

Believe it or not, I can't cry anymore. Even if I try or when I'm being haunted by my darkest memories.

Oh to be young now. Difficult times.
I know you don't like but I can't help it
