Recent projecting attempt gone bad.

Thought I would record my progress. Well I was trying purebody101's sphere of light technique, and as I layed there and relaxed, repeated to myself "mind awake body asleep" my body went numb, mostly my feet and hands, my legs a bit but I don't think my whole body went numb. Anyways after your body goes numb apparently you're supposed to go to sleep and then apparently you wake up in vibration stage, increase your vibrations and pop your out. Well I was going to sleep and my mom came in the room, ruined my focus and I moved my body so I gave up for the night. I have an alarm for 5:45 set to try it again. Hopefully I'm on the right track to getting to the vibrational stage!

Ps does anyone get hot and just a tad sweaty when projecting?

That happens to me but it'll be something like my cat jumping on my lap and breaking my focus or my wife walking in the room and she'll start talking to me. When I don't answer she'll come over and put her hand on my shoulder and ask if I'm asleep.

*sigh*

I normally have to wait till everyone else is asleep or very early before anyone else is awake or I get interrupted when meditating or trying to AP.

AP is something I haven't been able to do yet but hopefully someday!

How long have you been trying? And how close have you gotten, have you got to the vibrational stage? Thanks for the reply!

Just to let you know attempting to reach vibrational stage is counter-productive. Not everyone experiences vibrations prior to having a projection, only some people some of the time. Your real goal must be astral projection and not vibrations otherwise you might never have a projection. Even if you make it to vibrational stage it never guarantees you will have a projection, for me personally sometimes I will project from vibrational stage and sometimes I won't. Everyone is different though so just remember just because one person says they always project from vibrational stage doesn't ever mean you will be the same.

It's very easy to become too hot or too cold during a projection attempt, this is why before hand you should make sure you're in comfortable clothes and in a comfortable temperature. Personally I will lay under the blankets but have both of my arms out of the blankets, that works best for me personally and that way I don't become too hot or too cold.
