cant leave my body while awake
When im asleep i leave my body but the memory is blur leaving...recently as im lying there in bed before im asleep, my mind separates with my body but they are both still awake...as my feet vibrate and calm and disconnects from my body my head does the same...im looking within myself watching the tunnel spiral listening to the load noises wooshing...my feet have already disconnected and floating but the rest is still wide awake and cannot budge.
Why is it happening when my body is awake as i obviously cannot disconnect from my body, someones energy is there with me thats positively guiding me at the same time, but i get bored after 20 minutes and give up.
Ive noticed now that throughout the day my feet are vibrating and disconnect when im sat down.
Ive not heard of this when the body is still awake, its seems very easy if im asleep as i dont have to try, i have visited other places in the universe and i have turned into a little person while im alseep and looked up at myself as huge as i am sleeping.
