Not Sure "Where" to Post This...but WHAT the heck are ORBS truly?

I've seen so much on TV, online etc about these "orbs" and I am confused as to exactly what are they? Spirits? Energy? Spotty lenses on the camera's?

I am far from being a dominant 'left' brainer and and sometimes too much of a right brain functional HOWEVER even I AM skeptical of this 'orb' thing and I just don't get it.

Why if spirits want to communicate don't they just do so?

I mean if my loved ones who have passed on want to come visit, why is it so hard and why can't they just come through? Speak? Show up somehow and make it affirmed its them etc....???

What is the purpose of Orbs and why do we or 'they' need them?

well first of all id rule our spotty lens on the camera because if it were so, the spots should show up in every picture in the same spots, which is not always the case. however i guess no one really know for sure what they really are...
second, i believe that there are certain rules for the spirits to communicate with us. i mean my belief says we are all here for a reason, to learn a lesson that cannot be told, so maybe such direct exposure would interfere with our learning. perhaps its all meant to be a mystery
