If you are wondering about names, this isn’t a big deal. Just KNOW they are w/ you always.

The most effective way to find out these things is to simply ask them your self. Then, be open to answers coming in via subtle means. Move past expecting dramatic movie-like answers.

I know of 3 ways you may be able to find out who your spirit guides are and/or what they want you to know.

1. Meditate. If you're new to meditating, Medium Laura has excellent meditation guides you could try. Don't expect results right away. It takes practice.

2. Pendulums. If you don't have one, you can use a necklace or a ring on a string, for example. There are different pendulum charts you can find online to print or draw one yourself.
