Why do you think this color is an AA?

If it was a negative energy you can easily vet it. This isn’t difficult at all.

More information about how you saw the red light & what you saw would be useful. Asleep? During a ‘dream?’ Awake? Meditating? Any feeling associated? What shape was it? Was it the same both times?

hi mattie,
i read in doreen virtue's book that the colored lights were archangels...thats why i was thinking that.
i was fully awake with eyes open when i saw it... first time was in the living room with the lights on, second and third time was when i was lying down in my room with lights off.
i didnt have any feeling with it....
it looked the same everytime... it was a small red light...i think circular.

In the beginning for me with guides and angels, before people began relying on what they read in books as the truth, I recognized colored lights as fairies in my house and sometimes as energies rather than entities.

When you're in communication with your guides you can ask Them questions like this as they are the only ones who know what your experiences mean for You.

Upon seeing lights one often sees spirit guides, teachers, or angels.
The red light you saw I am inclined to believe is from your spirit protecter,
usually American Indian, or some other spiritual warrior type who once lived
upon the earth. Red is a color that corresponds to physical force and energy.
It is the lowest in the color spectrum because of its earthiness. Red light signifies
the presence of your protecter in my experience who watches over you, guiding
and protecting you while in both realms, awake and asleep.
