I would love to meet my spirit guide

Can anyone give me some insight on how I could meet my spirit guide? I would love to be able to talk to him/her. I would love to thank him/her for everything they have helped me get through. And will get me through in the future.

Have you tried asking your spiritguide to make you aware of his presence? maybe ask for him to come to you in a dream. Just remember that it can take weeks/months and in some cases years, Or (holding thumbs for you) it might happen immediatley, it all depends on whether they feel that you are up for it/AKA really ready (well that is my opinion on it) but i am sure if you would just be patient, Xan will be on today, and she has loads of links that give tips and advice on contacting your guide/s. Just please dont get despondant if your guide does not appear straight away!!!! Hang in there and good luck!

Just talk to them in ordinary language. They are there for you 24/7. Don’t expect communication back to be in a dramatic movie like fashion or physically appearing.

I have been through some turmoil lately and I asked my giude "where are you " and straight away I elt a warm tingling on my right hand as if someone was holding it. I felt it was my guide with me. Dont give up they are there. God Bless

^ Those are methods geared for more creative/busy-minded people... the ones who struggle with "sitting quietly" and attempting to listen/feel/see your guides.

The very expression of wanting to meet up with your spirit guides
is a thought loud enough to attract their attention (that's if they
didn't know already)

You can speak to them as if speaking
to actual personalities either in thought or words. Thoughts are
energy, especially so in their world where vibrations are enhanced
and sensitized. Best thing to do would be to set aside a particular
time each day for about 20 minutes in the beginning in what is known
as meditation. Enter it quietly, allowing for your own thoughts to have
their way chatting away till they become dissipated; and then remain
