I found this great women teaching pilates on youtube, her name is Cassie and I found her exercises very good.
I did the butt one, and although I got an amazing workout, I wasn't sore the next day :-)
Some are more advanced, but most are acceptable for beginners.
Pilates is good if you can't handle too much cardio, and you don't like weights, as it uses your own body weight as resistance. No need for any equipment of any kind.
