Breakfast: Apricots and red cherries over shortcake with a very light dusting of sweetener and sprinkled with coconut cream

Mid-day: Carrot turmeric juice

Lunch: Mixed salad greens with 2 tbsp ranch dressing, and a fruit/nut bar

Dinner: Tofu spring rolls with cabbage and peanut sauce

Breakfast: Mixed berry granola with rice milk, coffee

Lunch: Muenster and veg slices on rosemary bread

Dinner: Spring greens with mango, watermelon radish, sugar snap peas, english peas, feta cheese and mango ginger vinaigrette

Snack: Strawberry breakfast bar

Soaked oats with chopped hazelnuts, pear and a spoon of almond butter, glass of fruit juice (non concentrated)

Kidney bean burgers and salad

Chickpea stew and rice

Brunch: Spicy green bean and potato stew with warm garlic naan. Mmmmm...

Dinner: Spring pea and grated carrot mash, butter lettuce and raddichio with cranberry walnut dressing, and sweet potato wedges with spicy mayo made from a little Veganese and sirraccha. I hate Veganese because of the canola oil but have yet to figure out a workable mayo substitute.

Breakfast: Sainsbury Balance cereal with oat milk
Lunch: Vegan pizza with mushrooms, chilies, tofurky sausage and violife cheese
Dinner: three pitta breads and hummus.

Snacks: Crackers, crisps, chocolate.
